Section 26500 does not apply to the delivery or transfer of a firearm to a dealer by the trustee of a trust if the delivery or transfer satisfies both of the following conditions: (a) The trust is not of the type described in either subdivision (k) or (p) of Section 16990. (b) The trustee is acting within the course and scope of their duties as the trustee of that trust.
