Each application that requires any firearms eligibility determination involving the issuance of any license, permit, or certificate pursuant to this part shall include two copies of the applicantâs fingerprints on forms prescribed by the Department of Justice. One copy of the fingerprints may be submitted to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation.
