(a) For purposes of the provisions listed in Section 16580, use of the term âlicenseeâ is governed by Section 26700. (b) For purposes of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 29030) of Division 7 of Title 4, use of the term âlicenseeâ is governed by Section 29030.
