Unless otherwise required by context, as used in this title: (a) âAgencyâ means the Office of Emergency Services. (b) âBoardâ means the Board of State and Community Corrections. (c) âFederal actsâ means Subchapter V of Chapter 46 of the federal Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 3750 et seq.) and any act or acts amendatory or supplemental thereto. (d) âLocal boardsâ means local criminal justice planning boards. (e) âExecutive directorâ means the Executive Director of the Board of State and Community Corrections.
