As used in this article: (a) âRecordâ means the master local summary criminal history information as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 13300, or a copy thereof. (b) âA person authorized by law to receive a recordâ means any person or public agency authorized by a court, statute, or decisional law to receive a record.
