In a case where a person has been ordered to undergo drug treatment as a condition of probation, any court ordered drug testing shall be used as a treatment tool. In evaluating a probationerâs treatment program, results of any drug testing shall be given no greater weight than any other aspects of the probationerâs individual treatment program.
