The proceeds of the sale of the means of conveyance shall be applied as follows: FirstâTo the fees and costs of the seizure and sale. SecondâTo the payment of the plaintiffâs costs in the action. ThirdâThe balance, if any, shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund.
