The Adjutant General shall provide suitable training regulations, books and courses of instruction, and the necessary forms for reports or other necessary purposes to be used by the California Cadet Corps. The Adjutant General may take such action as is necessary to promote the general welfare, strength, and morale of the California Cadet Corps and to provide for the recreation of cadets.
