As used in this division in connection with the Naval Militia: (a) âDivisionâ and âcompanyâ shall have the same meaning and effect as âcompanyâ when used in connection with the infantry of the National Guard; (b) âBattalionâ shall have the same meaning and effect as âbattalionâ when used in connection with the infantry of the National Guard.
