As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meaning: (a) âBoardâ means the Department of Veterans Affairs designated in accordance with subdivision (b) of Section 1108. (b) âCommitteeâ means the Veteransâ Home Finance Committee created pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 1108. (c) âFundâ means the Veteransâ Home Fund created pursuant to Section 1103.
