For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Veterans Affairs. (b) âHomeâ means a veterans home located in Barstow, Chula Vista, Fresno, Lancaster, Redding, Ventura, West Los Angeles, or Yountville.
