All fees collected by the division under this chapter shall be paid into the Elevator Safety Account which is hereby created for the administration of the divisionâs conveyance safety program. The division shall establish criteria upon which fee charges are based and prepare an annual report concerning revenues obtained and expenditures appropriated for the conveyance safety program. The division shall file the report with the Legislative Analyst, the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, and the Department of Finance.
