The division, after consultation with the Contractorsâ State License Board, shall transmit to the Contractorsâ State License Board copies of any citations or other actions taken by the division against a contractor as defined in the Contractorsâ State License Law (Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 7000) of Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code).
