The administrative director shall require all workersâ compensation administrative law judges to participate in continuing education to further their abilities as workersâ compensation administrative law judges, including courses in ethics and conflict of interest. The director may coordinate the requirements with those imposed upon attorneys by the State Bar in order that the requirements may be consistent.
