In the payment of workers’ compensation benefits from the Uninsured Employers Fund, the director shall do the following: (a) Designate the job classifications of employees who are paid compensation from the fund. (b) Compile data on the job classifications of employees paid compensation from the fund and report this data to the Legislature by November 1, 1990, and annually thereafter.
