(a) This article shall be known and may be cited as the Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014. (b) The provisions of this article are in addition to and independent of any other rights, remedies, or procedures available under any other law and do not diminish, alter, or negate any other legal rights, remedies, or procedures available to an aggrieved person.
