The commissioner shall maintain a public database of property service employers, on the internet website of the department, including the name, address, registration number, whether the registrant is a nonemployee registrant exempt from the requirement to secure workersâ compensation coverage under Section 3700 of the Labor Code, and effective dates of registration.
