No minor under the age of sixteen years shall be employed or permitted to work in any capacity in: (a) Adjusting any belt to any machinery. (b) Sewing or lacing machine belts in any workshop or factory. (c) Oiling, wiping, or cleaning machinery, or assisting therein.
