The administrative director may employ necessary assistants, officers, experts, statisticians, actuaries, accountants, workersâ compensation administrative law judges, stenographic shorthand reporters, legal secretaries, disability evaluation raters, program technicians, and other employees to implement new, efficient court management systems. The salaries of the workersâ compensation administrative law judges shall be fixed by the Department of Human Resources for a class of positions which perform judicial functions.
