The debtor shall have the right to terminate credit life insurance or credit disability insurance at any time for any reason upon notice to the creditor. A refund shall be paid or credited as provided in Section 779.14 or by the regulation of the commissioner. If the premium refund is paid to the creditor, the creditor shall credit the debtorâs account with the refund and any interest or finance charge adjustment as provided in the credit agreement.
