Whenever in this code the terms âState Industrial Accident Commissionâ or âIndustrial Accident Commissionâ or âcommission,â relating to the said âState Industrial Accident Commissionâ or the said âIndustrial Accident Commission,â appear, said terms shall mean âDivision of Industrial Accidents,â including âadministrative directorâ of said division or âappeals board,â or both, as the context may require.
