Any employee of a licensee who has been trained pursuant to Section 1758.72 may act on behalf and under the supervision of the self-service storage facility agent in matters relating to the conduct of business under that agentâs license. The conduct of an employee or agent of a licensee acting within the scope of employment or agency shall be deemed the conduct of the self-service storage facility agent for the purposes of this article.
