As used in this chapter: (a) âLong-term health care facilityâ has the same meaning as that term is defined in Section 1418 of the Health and Safety Code. (b) âResidential care facilities for the elderlyâ has the same meaning as that term is defined in Section 1569.2 of the Health and Safety Code.
