The State Compensation Insurance Fund shall report annually to the Legislature as soon after the close of the calendar year as is feasible, with respect to its experience handling United States longshoremenâs and harbor workersâ insurance pursuant to this chapter, including, but not limited to, a statement of resources and liabilities at the close of each annual period commencing December 31, 1979.
