All claims, costs of doing business, liabilities, expenses, and obligations arising out of or related to the fundâs transaction of insurance pursuant to the United States Longshoremenâs and Harbor Workersâ Compensation Act shall be paid and charged to the income of whatsoever nature derived from its United States Longshoremenâs and Harbor Workersâ Compensation Act insurance business only.
