Every such contract or policy shall contain a clause to the effect that the insurer will in all things be bound by and subject to the orders, findings, decisions or awards rendered against the employer under the provisions of the law imposing liability for compensation, subject to the provisions, conditions and limitations of the policy. The insurance contract shall govern as between the employer and insurer as to payments by either in discharge of the employerâs liability for compensation.
