If the court orders the society enjoined, the commissioner shall suspend its certificate of authority. Thereafter such society shall have no authority to do business in this State until: (a) The commissioner finds that the overt act or violation complained of has been corrected; (b) The costs of such action, if any, have been paid by the society; (c) The court has dissolved its injunction; and (d) The commissioner has reinstated the certificate of authority.
