For purposes of establishing the fact of disability in credit disability insurance, disability insurance or life insurance, chiropractorsâ certifications of disability when made within the scope of their license shall be accepted by insurers as equally valid as physicians and surgeonsâ certifications of disability when made within the scope of their license.
