There shall be printed at the head of all contracts, agreements, statements, receipts, literature and other publications of nonendowment care cemeteries the following form: âThis institution is operated as a ânonendowment careâ interment property.â The phrase ânonendowment careâ shall be of a size and style to be approved by the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.
