(a) All plots, the use of which has been conveyed by deed or certificate of ownership as a separate plot, are indivisible except with the consent of the cemetery authority, or as provided by law. (b) A plot, the use of which has been conveyed by deed or certificate of ownership as a family plot, thereby becomes inalienable and shall be held as a family plot of the owner.
