For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) âFundâ means the Orphan Share Reimbursement Trust Fund established pursuant to Section 80020. (b) âOrphan shareâ means the share of liability for the costs of response action that is attributable to the activities of persons who are defunct or insolvent, as determined pursuant to Section 80070.
