(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substance Account Act. (b) This part recodifies the provisions of former Chapter 6.8 (commencing with Section 25300) of Division 20. Sections 1 and 2 of the act that added this part, and the entirety of Assembly Bill 2327 of the 2021â22 Regular Session, the act that consists of conforming revisions to reflect the addition of this part, shall be known and may be cited as the Hazardous Substance Account Recodification Act.
