(a) âHydrolyzed human remainsâ means bone fragments of a human body that are left after hydrolysis in a hydrolysis facility. âHydrolyzed human remainsâ does not include foreign materials, pacemakers, or prostheses. (b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.
