The following definitions shall govern the construction and interpretation of this part: (a) âCorporationâ means a corporation formed pursuant to Section 52550. (b) âLow-income housingâ means housing available at affordable rent to lower income households, as defined in Section 50079.5. (c) âNonprofit corporationâ means a nonprofit corporation organized pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law (Division 2 (commencing with Section 5000) of Title 1 of the Corporations Code), or a limited equity housing cooperative, as defined by Section 11003.4 of the Business and Professions Code. (d) âVery low income housingâ means housing available at affordable rents to very low income households as defined by Section 50105.
