The agency shall require that qualified mortgage lenders do not substitute funds made available under this part for the lendersâ own resources, without permission of the agency. Qualified mortgage lenders may provide financing under this part until the agency makes a finding that the lender is in violation of this section or decertifies the lender pursuant to Section 50094.
