The definitions contained in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 50050) of Part 1 shall apply to this chapter, except as follows: (a) âAssisted housing developmentâ has the same meaning as in paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 65863.10 of the Government Code. (b) âFundâ means the Preservation Opportunity Fund created by Section 50601.
