For the purposes of Sections 42301.5 to 42301.8, inclusive: (a) âSchoolâ means any public or private school used for purposes of the education of more than 12 children in kindergarten or any of grades 1 to 12, inclusive, but does not include any private school in which education is primarily conducted in private homes. (b) âAir contaminantâ means any contaminant defined pursuant to Section 39013. (c) âAdministering agencyâ means an agency designated pursuant to Section 25502. (d) âHandleâ means handle as defined in Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500) of Chapter 6.95 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code.
