The resolution of intention shall: (a) Describe the exterior boundaries of the special assessment area. (b) Include the estimated annual amounts needed to be levied on the properties within such area for the purpose of making such payments and the period during which such special assessments will be required, which in no case shall be longer than the time by which the debt is to be repaid. (c) Include the proposed assessments. The resolution shall incorporate by reference the report required by Section 33822.
