For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âBoardâ means the duly elected Board of Directors of the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers. (b) âCACEOâ means the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers, a public benefit corporation domiciled in California. (c) âCertified Code Enforcement Officerâ or âCCEOâ means a person registered or certified as described in this chapter. (d) âCode enforcement officerâ has the same meaning as defined in Section 829.5 of the Penal Code.
