For purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meaning: (a) âVehicleâ means a truck, trailer, semitrailer, or cargo tank. âVehicleâ does not include a truck tractor unless it is capable of containing a portion of the cargo. (b) âContainerâ means a portable tank, intermediate bulk container, or rolloff bin.
