(a) Any person generating or managing a RCRA hazardous waste shall comply with subsection (a) of Section 3010 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended (42 U.S.C. Sec. 6930(a)). (b) Any person generating or managing a non-RCRA hazardous waste shall comply with any notification requirements for non-RCRA hazardous waste which the department adopts by regulation.
