(a) âConditionally exempt small quantity treatmentâ means the operations of a generator conditionally exempted pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25201.5. (b) âConditionally exempt specified waste streamâ means a waste stream treated by a generator conditionally exempted pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 25201.5.
