The board shall keep confidential and not disclose to the public any record pertaining to either an individualâs application for victim compensation or the boardâs verification of the application, including, but not limited to, claimant names and demographic information submitted on the application. Public disclosure of aggregated claimant information or the annual report required under subdivision (b) of Section 24211 is not a violation of this section.
