(a) This part shall be known, and may be cited, as the Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Act. (b) It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this part to protect and safeguard the most vulnerable mobilehome homeowners by affording them an additional avenue to enforce violations of the Mobilehome Residency Law (Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 798) of Title 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Civil Code).
