Applications for a permit to construct or reconstruct shall be accompanied by: (a) A description of the grounds. (b) Plans and specifications of the proposed construction. (c) A description of the water supply, ground drainage and method of sewage disposal. (d) Appropriate fees. (e) Evidence of compliance with all valid local planning, health, utility and fire requirements.
