âMobilehome accessory building or structureâ is any awning, cabana, ramada, storage cabinet, storage building, private garage, carport, fence, windbreak or porch, or any residential building or structure established for the use of the occupant of a manufactured home, mobilehome, or recreational vehicle on a lot.
