âCommunity paramedicine providerâ means an advanced life support provider authorized by a local EMS agency to provide advanced life support who has entered into a contract to deliver community paramedicine services as described in Section 1815 as part of an approved community paramedicine program developed by a local EMS agency and approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority.
