For purposes of this part, a ânet listing agreementâ means any agreement entered into by a seller of a manufactured home or mobilehome that is not a new manufactured home or mobilehome and a licensed dealer in which the seller agrees to accept a specific purchase price and under which the dealer may receive as a commission all proceeds from the sale in excess of that purchase price.
