âNew manufactured home,â ânew mobilehome,â or ânew commercial coachâ is a manufactured home, mobilehome, or commercial coach which is not defined as a âused manufactured home,â âused mobilehomeâ, or âused commercial coachâ under Section 18014, which is delivered for sale or lease in this state, and which has not been delivered to a first purchaser or lessor for purposes other than resale or reletting.
