âManufactured home or mobilehome accessory building or structureâ or âmanufactured home or mobilehome accessoryâ includes, but is not limited to, any awning, portable, demountable, or permanent cabana, ramada, storage cabinet, carport, skirting, heater, cooler, fence, windbreak, or porch or other equipment established for the use of the occupant of the manufactured home or mobilehome.
